Read our report here. This morning, Nevada King Gold Corp. (NKG:TSXV, NKGFF:OTC) announced the launch of its fully funded 20,000m Phase 4 exploration program at its Atlanta Gold Project in Nevada. The program is designed to advance multiple high-priority regional targets that emerged from Phase 3 (just completed), including Silver Park East, Atlanta South, Atlanta North and Western Rim (see below for more details). We view Silver Park as a key target for resource growth in the near term and could be a meaningful contributor to future economic studies. We remind readers of NKG’s extremely low cost of drilling (under $75 per meter), which allows the Company to rapidly explore targets while minimizing dilution to shareholders. We are maintaining our BUY rating and target price of C$0.40/share on Nevada King Gold. NKG has now completed its 30,000m Phase 3 exploration program, which was the Company’s first major regional drill program and successfully identified new near-surface oxide mineralization at Silver Park East, Atlanta South and Atlanta North, leaving substantial promise for resource expansion.
