We are encouraged by Akastor's initiative to realize holdings through the sale of AGR despite divesting below book value and our valuation, as the company can allocate more resources and attention to upcoming value-enhancing transactions. However, higher reported NIBD'22 than our estimates combined with a negative NOK 0.7/sh impact on our valuation caused by the AGR transaction lowers our TP to NOK 16(17).
