Tekmar announced on 27 February the sale of a group property, Innovation House and adjacent land, for a total consideration (net of fees) of £2.84m in cash. Innovation House was a freehold property in Darlington that the former group subsidiary, Subsea Innovation Limited, occupied. Subsea Innovation was sold in May 2024, with the group retaining the property on completion of the sale.
