IG Design has published its post-close trading update for the year ended 31 March 2026. On the back of strong trading momentum in the final quarter, the group expects to deliver higher revenues, profits, margins and year-end cash than consensus expectations ahead of this update. Year-end net cash of c.$72m is some $16m ahead of consensus expectations. The group has also announced the earnings-enhancing bolt-on acquisition of Glenart S.A., a South African manufacturer of products in the ‘Celebrate’ category. With the earlier announcement of a new CEO appointment, IG Design is well set to pursue its strategic objectives.
