Reabold has successfully completed a placing, subscription and strategic investment to raise £4.2m at 0.1p/share (pre-consolidation). The proceeds will be used to progress the West Newton project, specifically, the re-entry and recompletion of the West Newton A-2 well to establish sustained gas flow (planned for 2H26).
